One of the reasons we decided to go to Virginia was because they had recently gotten 19 inches of snow. Down here we don't see much snow. If we do it's a light dusting. Ella has been really in to the idea of snow lately so we thought she would have a lot of fun. By the time we got there a lot of it had melted. Uncle Brian heard the girls wanted to sled though and worked extra hard to fix up the great sled run he had going in his back yard. The girls, and Scott, had a blast!
We didn't quite come prepared. Scott and Kate used plastic bags saved from when Scott delivered papers to keep their socks dry.
When they were all done with the snow they got out the four wheelers their cousins got for Christmas. Kate was excited about the idea and did a really good job all by herself.
Ella had to be convinced but ended up loving it.
