This weekend Grandma and Grandpa M came for a visit. As you can see we were all very excited. Grandma and Grandpa thought that they were going to escape all the snow that they were getting up north. We woke up Saturday morning to this:
So of course we had breakfast quick, and then took the next hour or so to get everyone outside. Scott was trying to cause problems...

After about 20 minutes we were back inside dancing, singing, and playing together.
Kate got a chance to open her birthday presents from her Grandma and Grandpa.
Grandma brought a kit to make a gingerbread tree kit. The girls had a great time decorating the tree.
Kate had more fun eating the candies then anything else. Can you see the frosting in her armpit. Don't ask me how she managed that one.
We had a great long weekend with Grandma and Grandpa and are sad they had to go!
