I haven't posted in a little while. We have been enjoying the summer and have been trying to stay cool in the heat. Today we went to Carowinds and rode the children's rides. A couple from our ward wanted to take the girls. They live far away from their grandchildren and have kind of adopted mine. Ella loves them. So the Yeske's came and either took Ella on the ride or watched Kate, and most of the time they did both. Then they took us out to lunch. It was great and Ella felt like queen for the day with all of the attention. She did great on the rides. She rode everything that she could. Even the rides by herself. I was very impressed.

Notice the fan. When it's 100 degrees out and she can't sleep without being swaddled I get a little nervous.

Kate has started to crawl. Army crawl that is. I don't count it as crawling but Scott says that since army crawl has the word in it that it is definintly crawling. The jury is out on that one but the point is, she is moving wherever she wants. It is good but scary seeing she likes to put EVERYTHING in her mouth. This is totally piggy backing on Betsy's post but Scott has shown Ella how to dip her cookie into milk and it's life a whole new world has opened up. See how excited she is...

It's crazy how fast Ella is growing up—and Kate crawling! You look like you had a great time. That Sister Yeske is beautiful, she looks like Ellanor Roosevelt, but without the horse teeth
